As a Design Director at a multinational bank, I lead a talented team of UX/UI designers and researchers in crafting innovative digital experiences for corporate banking clients. With a strong focus on strategy and governance, I’m a founding member of the Bank’s Design Community of Practice, shaping creative career paths, design language systems, and new ways of working.
Over the years, I’ve driven the design and delivery of enterprise-grade software, from developer experience platforms and cloud services to customer-facing API marketplaces. My expertise spans human-centered design, DesignOps, and product ownership, designing and developing impactful solutions that transform customer experiences. Passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation, I thrive at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy.
